Born in 1954 in Chichester, West Sussex, U.K. 

BSc in Physics from Imperial College, University of London and PhD in Microwave Solid State Physics, University of London.

Chartered Physicist and Member Institute of Physics.

Member Association of Old Crows.

Before retiring Graham worked in conjunction with U.K. MoD and the defence electronics and software industry to develop the U.K. Defence Industrial Strategy for the sector. He was also U.K. representative on numerous NATO Industrial Advisory Groups. 

Since 2010 Graham and his wife, Carole, have lived in Breanais. Graham is a Trustee for Comunn Eachdraidh Uig and Carole has a small flock of Shetland sheep on their croft. They have three children and seven grandchildren.
