Understanding the topography of the site location, Geodha Sgoilt, was fundamental.

Section studies and site analysis allowed the design team to explore how the building could be carefully embedded within the terrain, responding to prevailing weather, views, ground conditions and access.

These studies informed decisions around height, shelter, materiality and how the building would meet the land.
